Terms and conditions

These terms cover the use of this website. Work we carry out is subject to our conditions of sale and, for plant hire, to the industry standard hire conditions, which are provided separately.

Prices shown on this site. Any price shown or quoted through this website is based on the information given to us at the time. Where material is sold by weight or volume, the final charge is based on the weight recorded at the weighbridge or the volume actually discharged, not on the estimate given at the time of ordering.

Waste. You must tell us accurately what is in a load. Where a load turns out to contain material that was not declared, we may refuse it or reclassify it, and any additional cost is charged to you. Certain items cannot be accepted in a mixed load at all, including asbestos and upholstered seating.

Access. You are responsible for telling us about access, ground conditions and overhead services before we arrive. Where a delivery or collection cannot be completed because of access, an abort charge may apply.

Plant hire. Hired plant remains our property at all times and is your responsibility from the point it leaves our yard until it is returned. Off-hire must be notified to us and is only effective once we have issued an off-hire confirmation.
