Privacy policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This policy explains what we do with the information you give us. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send through it.
What we collect. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the site and whatever you tell us about the job, along with any photos you attach. If you are enquiring as a business we also collect your company name and any purchase order reference you give us.
How you found us. When you send an enquiry we also record how you found the site, such as the website or advert that linked to us and the first page you looked at, so we can see which advertising works. If you accepted cookies, this can include a Google Ads click reference. We do not use it for anything else.
Why we hold it. We use it to answer your enquiry, to price the work and to carry it out. Where we take waste away we are also required to keep records of the movement for a period set by law. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it. Enquiries are kept for two years so we can look back at what was quoted. Waste transfer records are kept for the period the regulations require, which is two years for non-hazardous waste and three years for hazardous waste.
Who else sees it. Our website and email are hosted by service providers acting on our instructions. Where we use a subcontractor to carry out work for you, they are given only what they need to do the job.
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details on the contact page. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
This policy should be reviewed by a solicitor before the site goes live.
